The Zimbabwe Guardian has a staff complement of  10 people.It is a privately owned online newspaper which is updated daily from Zimbabwe , UK and Canada.It has 2 full time News Editors who are assisted by a team of reporters who file breaking news from Zimbabwe and about Zimbabwe.
The Zimbabwe Guardian covers the following areas ; Politics,Sports,Business,Arts,Health and General news from Zimbabwe mostly but occassionally important developments in Africa are covered as well .
The online newspaper is slowly  establishing itself  as a leading news source updated daily, providing an alternative to the government-owned Zimpapers and a few other Independently owned newspapers covering Zimbabwe.Daily updating has built The Zimbabwe Guardian’s following on the local media landscape, and it is slowly becoming a preferred newspaper for both readers and advertisers.
The Zimbabwe Guardian targets young men, women and the youth below the age of 35 without alienating the traditional readership base of the older newspapers.
Some of Our staffers have also won many awards for various categories cutting across Investigative Journalism, Sports, Lifestyle and Entertainment. The Zimbabwe Guardian continues to be the newspaper of choice for many policy makers, intellectuals, entrepreneurs and students because of its in-depth reporting and the strong views it holds on issues of national importance.
Since  inception, The Zimbabwe Guardian has been playing an important role in the development of the media role in  Zimbabwe democratic development by keeping Zimbabweans informed. The  Zimbabwe  Guardian’s objective is to promote openness,transparency, accountability and good governance in  Zimbabwe . To this end,  The Zimbabwe  Guardian publication has consistently endeavoured to hold Government, business and other publics to account in a constructive way, the intention being to build and strengthen the fledgling democracy of the Republic.
It goes without saying the  The Zimbabwe  Guardian could never have attained these achievements without the contribution of the dedicated team of 10 men and women who run it.
